Thank you for shopping with Lurvea. We are committed to delivering your premium kitchen accessories as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once processed, orders are shipped to the United States within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at carlosdavidpop707@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
